Welcome to The Baseball Breakdown

Hello everybody my name is Drake Zintgraff.  I’ll give you guys a quick rundown about me and what I intend for this site.  I am a huge baseball fan and I try to watch as many games as I can every week.  I love the game its self but I also love the numbers that go with it.  If your not a big believer in stats and probability in baseball hopefully this site will change your point of view.   Don’t get me wrong though while I put a large emphasis on stats, not all things can be explained by them.   I plan on having many features up on the blog soon.  I will be having daily stats or quotes of the day as well as any big news or rumors in the world of baseball.  The part I’m most looking forward to in this site is the analysis of questions that I or the community creates.  I will try to pick a few topics per week that I will breakdown.  We can then all take a look at the stats and information and discuss.  Building up a following for this site is a big goal of mine as I think building a better baseball knowledge is something that will be good for the game of baseball.
