The most triples in a season belongs to Chief Wilson who hit 36 in 1912. The most triples by someone in the post World War II era belongs to Curtis Granderson who set that mark last year with 23. Sam Crawford has the record for most in a career with 309. Lance Johnson has the record for most consecutive years leading the league with four from 1991-94. Lastly Billy Joyce has the record for most in a game with four. Even after all that I can’t find the record for most consecutive games with a triple. If I find it ill be sure to put it up here.

Thanks for pointing that out. The record than is from June 17 1912 to June 20 1912, a five game streak in which he hit six triples during that span. I didn’t see the source Wikipedia had, but I found it at a different Baseball Almanac page. This is the site if you wanna check it out. http://www.baseball-almanac.com/recbooks/rb_trip1.shtml
